Which areas do you cover?

We currently collect and deliver in Plaistow, Stratford, Canning Town, West Ham and Canary Wharf. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

What collection and delivery slots are available?

We offer the following slots: Tuesday 9:30–11:30am, Tuesday 12–2pm, Tuesday 5–7pm, Friday 5–7pm, Saturday 5–7pm and Sunday 10am–12pm.

How long does the turnaround take?

We can have your items delivered back to you as soon as 24 hours

How should I prepare my items for collection?

Accepted Answer

Please place your items in a disposable bag ready for collection, ensuring you have emptied all pockets etc. There is no need to sort your items — our team will take care of everything from there.

What services do you offer?

We offer Dry Cleaning, Wash & Iron, Iron Only, Household & Bedding cleaning, and a Service Wash. Full pricing is available on our Services & Pricing page.

Can you clean delicate or designer garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have extensive experience handling delicate fabrics, embroidered pieces and designer garments. Please let us know when booking if you have any special requirements.

Do you clean wedding dresses?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we clean and preserve wedding dresses. Prices start from £160. Please contact us in advance so we can advise on the best care for your gown.

Can you remove stains?

We will do our very best to remove stains. Please let us know about any stains when booking — the more detail you can give us (type of stain, how long it has been there), the better the result.
